I returned the software December 4, 2006 after trying if out for 1 week. The package was pretty good bad but I just decided that is wasn't for me. They said the refund would take 30 days but as you can see it is coming up on 6 months. Now, they know me fairly well because I call about every 2 weeks to get a status of the refund. I just get the standard response that they don't know when the check will be issued but that I am welcome to keep calling to check the status.

About the only positive aspect of this experience is that the employees I have been talking with have been nice and polite but I imagine they are told not to share any information. I think that the next time they come to town for their software demo's, I will go and ask a few pointed questions in front of the several hundred people that normally attend the 2hr seminars and then maybe I will get my refund.

For further reference, always contact your credit card company within 60 days of the charge on your account. Within 60 days, the credit card company can help you resolve the dispute but after that point they won't do anything. I would suggest staying away from this company. I will keep you posted on any progress I make on my refund.
