Prepaid Legal Services what a joke Ripoff St Louis Missouri
*UPDATE Employee: Convenient Lack of Details
*UPDATE Employee: Convenient Lack of Details
Beware... drop $26.00 a month in a savings account in your own name instead of even considering representation through Prepaid Legal Services. That way you might see your money again and be able to do something useful with it. Prepaid Legal is the funniest joke I ever heard. They should change the name to "Associated Charites of Greater Prepaid Lawyers".

Convenient Lack of Details

I would like to know what led you to this conclusion as I have found my service both benefitial and informative. Serveral of my friends now have the service as well and are more than satisfied. A recent example:
My roommate paid to have his taxes done at a local tax preperation facility. They charged him $100 for the service, but when his refund was processed it was sent to the wrong bank account. Through a little investigation it was discovered that the tax facility had put incorrect information on his tax paperwork.
The tax facility said they couldn't do anything because the paperwork was already processed by the IRS, the IRS said they couldn't do anything until the tax facility fixed the error. After calling his Prepaid Legal Attorney's a letter was sent by the Attorney to the tax facility. Not only did the tax facility give him his tax refund but refunded his $100 service fee as well.
Such incidents are not uncommon but trying to handle it yourself is usually time consuming and seldomly works in favor of the victim. That is why Prepaid is a valuable community. If you have a complaint and are brave enough to list details, don't be to scared to give details. I like my service and proudly share my stories. Give us details or be prepared to be scrutinized for your lack of detail.
