I spoke to a sales person about the divorce I was endeavoring to obtain from my husband. I assured the salesperson that I did not need any more legal advice pertaining to this divorce, but that I need an attorney to actually perform this divorce. We joked and laughed about getting a $36 divorce. I reiterated several times that I didnt need telephone support for a divorce - I need an attorney to do it. I said if I couldnt get that through this company then I didnt need the service. I was assured that I could get my divorce through prepaid legal services. Imagine my surprize when, after speaking to the attorney on the telephone tonite that the best they can do for me is 25% off the retainer of an attorney. Had I known that I would have kept my money in my pocket. The attorney said he hears that all the time. Do these people not care that to some of us this money is a fortune? They sell a service they do not provide. Im not holding out much hope of getting my money back. I hope this associate roasts in hell.

Medical insurance does not cover all cases and neither does auto insurance. My contract was only five pages long. For $26/ month, PPL gives me a lot of insurance. Furthermore, if your divorce cost, I don't know, $5,000, PPL would have still saved you $1,250. "Money is a fortune" and I'm sure the money you would have saved ($1,250) is a fortune to you as well.
