I signed up with Prescrition Hope to receive blood thinning medication at a discount. They put my credit card on recurring payment and charged me for 2 months. However even after I jumped through all of their hoops, I never received any medicine they promised to deliver.

I called up to cancel this service and they (Kayla) refused to reverse the charges on my credit card, even though she admitted that I had paid for 2 months service and received nothing. She had a bunch of limp excuses and wanted me to continue paying them. I called up my credit card company and formally disputed the charges. I had to cancel my card to ensure they would no longer charge me. It's all a big hassel.

Stay away from this outfit.
