Pressler & Pressler ripoff and dishonest fraudlent billing and harassment Cedar Knolls New Jersey

Pressler & Pressler sent court paper to my home about old Providian accounts that I owed. The amounts were much greater than what I owed. I requested for documentation of ownership of these accounts but was told that it was not available.

After ongoing back and forth with court papers, a court date would be issued. At this point, they would settled these accounts with monthly payments. After a year of making monthly payments, Pressler & Pressler would send paperwork requesting a judgement and charge more that what I owed.

The first account the judgment was made through my inexperience of my rights and being intimidated by the attorneys. The second account, Pressler and Pressler tried it again, but this time I responded. A court date was given. However, Pressler & Pressler lied to the court stated that all of my payments were late and some were missing.

After a closer look of my payment history, Pressler & Pressler were taking 3-5 days to process the payments and claiming that the date the payment was cleared from the bank was the date that the payment was received by me or some date not consistent with my payment received or bank debiting. But it would be 3-5 days after my payment was received.

I had my banking institution investigate and discovered that they received my payments appropriately by depositing or presenting to the bank the next day after the payment was sent by me.

I need to know what I can do to present to the courts that Pressler & Pressler lied about the facts of my payment history. Additionally, I have not been properly credited for payments made to Pressler & Pressler during the last 11 months. I have all of my banking information to show that all of the payments were made and the proper amount that Pressler & Pressler needs to credited to my account.

When I answered the complaint presented by Pressler & Pressler, no one addressed the issued about Providian and how they charged things to my account with my consent such as programs and I would request to discontinue but they would continue to charge me for the service and interest. Now I have to pay for all it!
