Pressler & Pressler ripoff Such a funny company Cedar Knolls New Jersey

I received some mail from pressler and pressler at my mom's address a few years ago but didnt pay it any attention I was really not caring about that I didnt have a job and at that time it didnt matter to me.

In August they send an information subpoena I sent it back informing them I dont own not one thing I dont have a job so there was nothing to inform them.. I was already preparing for my bankruptcy so they sent it back. I ignored it... I then started working at a nice place and they somehow obtained my info.. They only have my maiden name and I dont use that anymore.. But then send out this paperwork for a wage garnishment. I filed my bankruptcy the next day..I didnt inform them of that and I called to obtain info about my "file" The person on the phone was very rude and told me that had my information and my home address and what was going to happen. I kindly informed him that I do not live there so you can go there if you like it has never been my physical address never in my life. He then goes into we will take your wages and your bank account..

I informed him really well I guess I should inform you of my bankruptcy and that you are included would you like my case number. He got really quite placed me on hold and someone else gets on the phone. He is really polite and requests all of my info then asks me to fax him my bankruptcy documents. I told him no a bankruptcy is public information and with your company being lawyers and all you should have access to lexis-nexis so you can look it up if you have my correct information but that will be pretty darned hard to do using my incorrect name and no social... so have a great day... you will receive my paperwork in the mail from the court oh and my employer has my bankruptcy paperwork as well as my bank..

Oh he was really upset and insisted I send him the paperwork. but I didnt budge and he said well until we receive it we will proceed I told him great I will do the same with my lawsuit for violiated the bankruptcy stay and you will be paying more then this is worth.

Laughed at him and hung up...
