Pressler & Pressler AKA New Century Financial Stole my Social Security funds from my bank account (illegal) Parsippany, New Jersey

Pressler and Pressler stole my Social Security funds from my Wachovia/Wells Fargo bank account, which is illegal.

When I objected to the judge who gave them the judgement I was summoned to a hearing in the Superior Court of NJ.

A little research turns up that P&P and New Century are identical. See Huff Po article by Chris Rodda. The same article shows a video by NY ch. 9 detailing the fraudulent practices of this company. The article also says that P&P owner Sheldon Pressler was appointed to the Superior Court Special Civil Part, which is the section that overlooks cases like mine.

Great! I'm sure I can expect justice there. I am writing to the Star Ledger and NJ Division of Consumer Affairs, FDIC, Senate Banking Committee, FTC. May not do any good but makes me feel better.
