Priceline don't get what you pay for Internet

ok, i purchased a trip for my wife and i throuh priceline. didn;t get i paid for

first off there site is messed up and dificult to navigate.theyonly send you links to the confirmation but not for everything else.

ok when i booked my flights they wouldn't allow for me too pick my own seats, that wasn't a big deal but the other sites do allow it.

then when i did make my first pick for the hotel,at the end before i was going to pay suddenly the price changed from like $318 per person to $560 per person.

i picked a diferent hotel for this reason. when i did pick the hotel i choose a king size bed and they had a free ($25) upgrade uncluded in the price only if you clicked it witch i did.

i alse piad for ground tranportation to and from the airport for the 2 of us.

so this is what happened.

we land in vegas and we go to the transportation co and they tell me i was supoosed to print out vouchers but to call priceline andthey should refund it since we never used it. i was never informed this on the site when i made the purchase.

then i get to the hotel and they only can give us 2 queen beds instead of a king bed.but for $25 (the free upgrade i was promised) i could then get the king bed.

i asked well i paid for that already online throught priceline, i was told that all priceline did was tell them we was comming and to reserve anyroom.they said give priceline acall and they would gladly take care of it.

i called priceline the next morning about everything and was told that i would not recieve a refund for the vouchers i never used and that the free upgrade was only if the rooms were available. i told them it most be cause i;'m in one now. they really could have cared less about my situation and told me that they would not be able to fix anything.

in turn be carefull that you print everylittle thing out cause then they can manipulate what ever they want so you cannot prove it..

also i was told bye the transportation company they have promblem everyday with priceline..
