My Wife and I are from Dallas and planned a trip to San Antonio for memorial day weekend. We had never used priceline so tried it out. Reserved a hotel for 2 nights on Thursday before the trip and got the email confirmation immediately. When we arrived to the hotel on saturday we were told they had no record of our reservation... So somebody lost our reservation somewhere along the way. To make matters worse they informed us they were fully booked and had no available rooms and that we would need to call priceline. Fantastic.

So here we are standing out in front of a hotel in the sun with a screaming 1 year old waiting on hold. After about 20-30 minutes we decided just to cut our losses and returned home, our vacation was ruined, we were both in terrible moods now and did not feel like trying to salvage the trip so we got in the car and started driving home (Still on hold).

After about 45 mins to an hour i finally got a rep on the phone and was told they would not be able to refund me despite losing my reservation and insisted on calling the hotel. Fine. i waited on hold another 20 mins while they contacted the hotel. When they come back they says they managed to get a new room for us! Ok great, except we are done and driving home. We don't want your "new" room. You f**ked up and we're not sitting around for an hour for you to dig up a new room, we just wanted our refund for services NOT provided (that we paid for). They refused to refund, they stated "We're sorry but we have a no refunds no exchanges policy"..... Really? Then what would you call losing a reservation and then finding a new room for us?... that's right... an exchange.... So get your s**t straight guys.

I asked for a supervisor numerous times throughout this interaction. First I was told they had no supervisors... Not buying this i pressed further. Really? you work in a call center and you have no supervisor? I work in a call center and find that impossibly hard to believe. Then their story changed, well their supervisors do not have phones.... Really? So you DO have supervisors (despite lying to me first) but they have no access to a phone? in a call center.... how do they contact you when they need you? Then their story changed yet again. They do have supervisors and they do have phones but they aren't able to transfer customers to them. Ok. then tell your supervisor to get up off their happy a*s and walk to your desk and use your phone... they refused. So basically they were 100% completely useless and that was that.

I disputed the charge with my bank and still waiting on the claim. They will probably dispute the claim and I'll probably be stuck paying for a hotel reservation that they lost and I did not stay in. This is screaming class action lawsuit and I hope somebody starts one.
