Prime Time Shuttle NO-SHOW with no refund for expenses Inglewood California

I had contracted with PrimeTime Airport Shuttle Services for transport from Burbank to LAX and back.  When van was 20 minutes late, I called but never got through.  After waiting for 1 1/2 hours I finally had to use my own car, almost missing my flight and paying all the expenses of gas and parking.  I called back and was told I would be reimbursed for all expenses if I faxed copies of receipts.  I did so but was told I would be reimbursed minus the cost of one leg of the shuttle trip.  I protested but to no avail.  To date, I have no reimbursement for gas or parking which cost a total of $245.34.

This doesn't account for my troubles: running for gate, carrying luggage from garage and driving in traffic.  As a heart patient, these are the reasons I chose a shuttle service to begin with.  Their website has a guarantee in bold print stating: "we always guarantee you will make your flight." This has proven to be a farce.  If I had waited I would have missed flight and to be reimbursed for the shuttle service only when they never incurred the expense of picking me up is hardly a guarantee.

Looking at other complaints I can see that this is a pattern for them which I should have researched more closely.  Next time!
