Prime Time Shuttle LAX shuttle service horrible horrible horrible! Los Angeles California

Prime Time Shuttle service is an absolute rip off. The driver was 40 minutes late picking us up to take us to the airport at 7 am and on top of it he had 3 other stops he had to make on the way there in a crappy, beat up old van. We are in talks with them about getting our money back for that part of the trip since they have in large print on their windows, "We're on time, or you don't pay!". We'll see how that goes though.

We had them booked for a trip back from the airport as well. We got in at 1 am only to find that not only did they not have a van waiting for us even though we made an appointment, we also had to be crammed in with other people where we would need to make 4 other stops before our place. WE LIVE 30 MINUTES FROM THE AIRPORT! It took us 2 hours to get home because their crappy dispatch doesn't know how to group stops close together.

On top of it, the driver that took us home had smoked in the car and you could smell it. I sat up front and when I sat down, his water bottle which held his cigarettes in water spilled all over my new jacket, pants and seat. I ended up having to sit in the cigarette water and ashes for 2 hours while the guy blasted the AC nearly all the way home in the dead of CA winter at 1am. And as if this wasn't bad enough, the guy got lost (even though he had a NAV system) and kept missing turns and freeway on ramps...at 1 in the morning!

This company is a joke and a HUGE rip off. It would have been easier, faster, more private and probably quite a bit cheaper to take a cab to and from the airport or drive ourselves. What a freaking joke! I WILL NEVER USE THESE GUYS AGAIN! And I will do everything in my power to spread the word about these con artists. There logo on their website needs to be changed from "getting the airport made easy!" to "we just want your money and after we overcharge you, we don't care what happens to you or what you think about us!"
