I've decided not to use or recommend this company again for several reasons:

My credit card had a fraudulent charge applied a few days after I made my online reservation with Prime Time. Prime Time was the only Calif. company I had charged anything with in several months. The card has never been out of my possession. The charge was for 3 adult admissions to Knotts Berry Farm on April 6. Knotts says the tickets were used the next day. I'm pursuing this with local law enforcement, but would suggest the manager of Prime Time find out who went to Knotts on April 7.

Other than that, I didn't particularly appreciate the surprise robo wake-up call in the wee hours of the morning I was departing. I can decide on my own what time to get up. I was outside a half hour early (still dark) because of what they said in the robo call. Then, 20 minutes after the alleged pick up time, a representative called to tell me the driver would be here in 10 minutes.

Also, the driver on the trip back was extremely hostile and angry about some news event he was listening to. He never made eye contact, even when I gave him his tip. It was a pretty negative experience all around and next time I'll park and ride in Van Nuys.

If you can email me your reservation number I would be happy to look into who made the reservation and if they were off the next day and provide you with any additional information in order to help with your investigation.

We do have an automatic call that is placed 75 minutes before the pickup time to ensure our passengers know we are coming.  We apologize if this caused any type of disruption. The majority of our customers have had a positive response to the service.

If the driver was more than 15 minutes late from the pickup time you were told I would be happy to refund the cost of the reservation.

I am also happy to report the driver for any rude behavior.  If you can provide me with as many details as possible I will have him brought in to meet with a manager.
