Service was changed from Directv to Primecast in about April 2011. Primecast prices were about $20 higher than what I paid a month through Directv. Also, Primecast threatened to disconnect service if I didn't sign up for automatic payments! End of March 2012, Directv pulled contract and took back over service with no notification to customers. I was double billed for the same time period by both Directv and Primecast! My billing cycle that Primecast billed me for was from 23 March thru 22 April 12, however they took the money from my bank account on 26 March 12, prior to me even recieving a bill, and the due date on the bill was 7 April 12!! This surprised me because I normally paid my bill on my own. I have called Primecast numerous times since March to get my money back! At first I was told that refunds were being processed. Called back mid- April, was told I owed for the bill and that I needed to take it up with Directv. End of April I finally got a Primecast customer service rep to put in a "service order" to the billing dept to get a refund. Never heard anything back. Called 22 May 12 to ask where my refund was and was told I was denied refund by the billing dept and that I had to take it up with Directv, that Prime cast had paid Directv for the bill. I then contacted Directv and got a Directv rep to conference in with a call to Primecast. Primecast still tried to say they had paid Directv and the Directv rep spoke up and stated that had not recived payment on my acct since 27 Feb 12. Asked to speak to a supervisor (which I just got off the phone with prior to this call with Directv) and was told supervisor's were not available and that they would have to put in another "service order" to have the supervisor call back within and hour. I recived no such call! I then called Primecast back again to speak to a supervisor and was told the supervisors where not there that day...to which my reply was I had just spoke to one earlier! I asked if my acct had been documented that the supervisor had even called and was given a different supervisors name, and was told that that supervisor had tried to call me 9 May 12, but got no answer. Another "Service order" was put in to have a supervisor call me "within an hour"...I once again recieved no such call! I called back for the 4th time asking to speak to a supervisor and was told that the supervisor documented on my acct no longer worked for them (however this was not the one I had previously spoke with), I then stated I would be taking legal action and had already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (which I have) if I did not get a refund and call back. It is now 23 May 12, and I have yet to recieve a call. I called back again 23 May 12 and after some arguing the Primecast customer service rep agreed that I was due a refund, however all she could do was put a "service order" for the supervisor to call me. I am still waiting for this call that I am sure I will not recieve!! Primecast took money from my account when they knew all to well that they were taking it earlier than they were suppose to and that they were not suppose to bill me becuase the contract was pulled. I have been fighting with them since March and am fed up!!
