We had Directv for a year, and then moved in July to a new apartment building that was contracted with Primecast.  From day one that they installed it, we've had nothing but problems.  It took them a week to come out here to install Primecast.  The man refused to install it and said we first would have to pay $64.00.  So we had no choice but to pay that.

Our first bill came on July 22nd, and the bill was $143.17.  On the bill it said no past due amount.  So starting from the first bill, this was an absolute ridiculous amount. With Directv, we had never had a bill over $70.00.  

In August, our bill came in and said that we owed $406.90 dollars of a past due amount of a $143.17 that was payed.  Now how did we go within just one month to having a bill that was over $400.00?  They completely overcharged us.

Now on September 23rd, our bill came in and said that we owed $525.27, come to find out that we have been being double billed by both Directv, and Primecast.

 Every customer service person I have talked to, never has been able to tell me what I actually owe.  I have called multiple times, asking what I actually owe, and they all give me different amounts.  Today, I was told that Directv owes me over 300 dollars for being overcharged for a year.  And to top things off, I was looking through every bill, we have two DVR boxes, and we've been being billed for six.  They refuse to give credit because Primecast keeps blaming Directv.  

Two days ago, our Primecast was shut off.  I have been calling non stop, and all I get is rude, evil customer service people, who could care less.  And every time I ask why I'm being overcharged or ask any other questions about my bill, they refuse to give me an answer.  I even found out I've been being charged for the insurance plan which I never even signed.  Every single month I have been paying my bill, and they still turned it off.  Each customer service Representative says I owe money, which I don't.  This is absolutely the worst company ever.  Every time I talk to the customer service, and ask for a Corporate office number, they refuse to give it to me.  Does anyone know the Corporate office's number or address?  If anyone has started a class action lawsuit, or is thinking about it, please let me know.  Thank you.
