Privacy Matters 123 Credit Card Fraud attempt Internet Connecticut

I noticed similar reports as what I am about to report
Two $1 charges and one 28.95 charge -- all UNAUTHORIZED and FRAUDULENT.

When I called the company's toll free number, I was greeted by a very rude and hostile agent. The agent insisted that I had to have ordered the "trial" for $1 and since I did not cancel now I owed this money.

I informed this rude unscrupulous individual that I already had credit monitoring with another agency and would never have ordered this service. She refused to grant credit and started rambling, reading of some thing pre scripted. This made it clear to me this company is a complete FRAUD.

I called my credit card company and explained all of the above to them. They asked me to stay on line and called the company on my behalf as the credit card company. No surprise, the agent by the name of Alex badge number 14214 immediately gave credit once they knew they were talking to the credit card company.

DONT LET THESE PEOPLE PUSH YOU AROUND, YOUR MEMORY IS SERVING YOU WELL THEY ARE LIARS AND OBVIOUSLYTHEIVES.
