Privacy Matters 123 I received an email offer 7 day trial for $1.00 and they would get you your credit scores on the 3 major credit reporters. I did not get any response and immediatly called to cancel but had no success for they answered in another language and finally mentioned in english that the call could not go thru from my location(Puero Rico) so I was not able to contact them and I was charged $29.95 on C/C INTERNET Internet

Again they offered me a 7 day trial for $1.00 to give me reports from 3 major credit bureaus and I never heard nothing else. I attempted by email and by phone to unsuscribe so that no further charge would be placed on my C/C with no luck and they still charged my card $29.95 against my will. I sent them an e-mail to get my $ credited back to my account and have not received a response. This is wrong for I attempted to avoid this and they are nowhere to be found. I hope to get my credit and also those others that fell for it. I am disabled and with limited finances,it's just wrong.
Thank You,
A. xxxxxxxx

File a WRITTEN chargeback request with your C/C bank.

You have 60 days. Get cracking! Your statement should have a chargeback form on its backside that you can fill in and mail.
Some C/C have websites where you can file your WRITTEN chargeback request. These chargeback requests usually get quick action.
And STOP responding to random email solicitations (SPAM). Nothing good will ever result... for you.
You can check your own credit report, for free, once a year with EACH of the 3 credit agencies. The technique is to check a DIFFERENT credit agency every 4 months, which will effectively cover the entire year. There is a free website for doing this.
There are many for-profit websites and services that also offer to check your credit reports for you.... for a price. You have now delt with one of them.
