Privacy Matters 123 ripoff Obtained my visa number charged my card without my authorization Internet

On November 27th, I noticed a 19.95 charge on my visa debit card from privacymatters123, luckily it listed there phone number. I called to find out what the charge was and was told that I ordered a credit report through them for 1.00 and my trial membership expired and my monthly fee is 19.95.

I asked the operator how they got my information and she said through my e-mail address. I never authorized any of this and they gave me a cancellation number and told me it could take 2 billing cycles to get a refund. Outrageous.

I've disputed this charge with my bank, and am filing a complaint with the BBB. This organization needs to stop there fraudulent activities. Thanks for listening!
