Imagine my surprise when I typed their name in and came across 8 previous complaints; my guess is if 8 "customers" can find the ripoff report and complain here, the level of complaints for this firm must be huge.

We refused to pay for this moronic product: Does anyone out there actually pay 200 for a CD that can reach no other conclusions than "Health & Safety is important". Who wrote this? A 10 year old?

Then of course there are these wonderful consultants who are paraded around on their website like Malcolm Rimmer who is writing the stress report; well, guess what: Malcolm Rimmer is doing no such thing, in fact he e-mailed us saying that his photograph and other details were stolen from another website; Macolm can be reached at m.s.rimmer@amserve.net if anyone wants to contact him.

So who IS writing the stress report which is coming out soon? You guessed it: it's going to be stolen as well.

#4 UPDATE EX-employee responds

The authoritis could not care less

AUTHOR: Angus - (United Kingdom)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 28, 2004

The customer commits to the terms & condition on the telephone and if he/she forgets to return the product or time he/she has to pay; end of story.

The customer will of course deni that he/she agreed to recieve the report on approval and that is exactly why the calls are recorded: to prove to the customer that he/she is lying. Iis a fact of life that people lie when they don't want to pay a bill.

With respect to the comments made about the quality of the CD, these are irrelavant: a customer who breeches the terms of the offer is legally obliged to pay and is made to pay irrespective of whether he/she wants the product or not: that is not bad customer service, that is the law!

The authorities are not watching a company which stays within the law: having a good or bad product or running a laks or harsh collection scheme are not matters of no concern to the authorities, the police or the judiciery;

Can we therefore have an end to the complaints which are of no interest to anyone apart from the people that write them.

The authorities are already watching

A firm that generates as many complaints as this on a single website is bound to be known to the authorities. The UK government has draconian powers in dealing with these kinds of companies and unless the owners are major donors to the Labour Party (haha) will act sooner or later. They will also uncover the criminal aspects of this operation as highlighted by the chap/girl from Salford by interviewing people such a Rimmer. My guess is Perry will spend a couple of years in Barlinnie.

One of the most effective ways to curtail fraudster's activities is to complain to their bankers, although the clever scamartists know this and keep a backup account; but if you've been invoiced and feel cheated simply write to their bank and refer them to this website; banks don't want trouble (Tony Hetheringtom of the Daily Mail always lobbies banks to withdraw their facilities for rogue traders) and they will close this firm's account immediately.

Any constructive comments from other injured parties?
