They claim to record their calls and so do we; we listened to their "sales pitch" and in fact all what happened was someone ringing up to ask the name of the person in chagre of personnel (me!); based on that phone call they sent me a CD on Health & Safety, the quality of which beggars belief.

Then a couple of weeks later, a bill for 200 because I had not returned it on time, followed by threats! I spoke to a lady descrbing herself as a "Director" who said she had my order on tape (by that time we had already listened to our tape).

I note a previous ripoff report lists hte name of the Directors and their home addresses: report these people to the DTI and the Police: the DTI can shut them down and the Polie can confiscate their tapes for clear evidence of fraudulent misrepresenttion.
