Started to purchase proactive for my 15 year old son, with a acne problem.
begine to notice extra charges on my account, called and told to sales guy to cancel my account. he stated that it was cancelled, as of Nov. 14 2014 i was charged again almost $50.00 dollars. and NO proactiv.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK, THIS IS EXTREAMLY UN FAIR WHEN BIG COMPANIES GET AWAY WITH RIPPING OF PEOPLE THAT TRUELY WORKS HARD.

I am sure it is fine print and very difficult to lacate but this company baits you and you have a hard time canceling shipments. I had no idea they bill in 3 monthly installments. $32.94 for 3 months for cleansing liquid. Does not effectively clear acne. Disappointing company.
