i ordered the Reloop MIXON 4 slightly used, ProAudioStar thanked me for the purchase and proceeded to tell me that if I spent $45.00 more, I could get a brand new one on sale. I contacted them to take them up on that offer and they told me that that didnt have the new one anymore even though they were available on their site. So they didnt honor that offer. The worst part is that I could nt even get the used one that I had already paid for, they sold that one. They told me that they didnt have anymore Reloop Mixon 4's. They didnt honor my purchase and they dint honor my upgrade. I RECEIVED NOTHING FROM THEM!! not even an apology. I am a radio announcer and I record on reloop products so I really wanted that unit. I have the Terminal Mix 4, Terminal Mix 8 and this was time for the MIXON 4. Thanks ProAudioStar

Most unrealiable merchant I've ever used!

I had to return my device, however that wasn't the problem. The problem was that they would never issue a refund until I made a scandal and promised that I will make sure to spread the word. It's been almost a month since I haven't seen the instrument I want due to this merchant holding on to funds. They issue refunds when it's waaay too late... It's best not to use this merchant ever, because when problems arise you'll be screwed!
