I came across this Pro-dermagenix when I was filling in a survey. It was based on 18-day trial basis. I only paid for S+H $4.49. I ordered it on 01/14/12 and was charged om 01/16/12. I read the Terms and conditions for this trial carefully so I wouldn't be charged after the end of the trial. It said the trial would start as soon as they billed me the S+H. So a week had passed I still didn't get the product, then I called them, nobody answered. I might have gotten the wrong number. I looked at the phone number on my bank account then tried to call them again.
The waiting time was too long and I didn't want to wait. So after 10 days I still didn't have the product or email notification telling me they had shipped it I thought I would wait again within the 18-day trial period. I called on 02/02/12 to ask for the cancellation when I found that they billed me $89.95 for the product I never received. So I called and waited for 30 minutes before somebody picked up the phone. I asked them about the fee they charged and they said it already passed the trial period.
I told them I never got the product but they insisted they shipped it. I demanded the tracking number they gave me the ridiculous one. Then I called again and asked for a supervisor and asked for the refund of my $89.95. She said she couldn't because I didn't return the product. OH My, was I furious! I talked to a different person every time and one male representative told me they would give me the full refund and that he was processing it now and I had to wait for 2 billing cycle to get it.
I believed him and when I still didn't get my refund after 5 days I called again and another person told me they couldn't refund my money because I didn't return the product. Again I was so upset because I didn't get the product and didn't even know what it looked like. The product came on 02/09/12 the day after I talked to the supervisor. The package didn't have an invoice or anything except one bottle of serum. So I arrange a refund by asking the company again the address.They told me to wait 15 days after I mailed the return for them to process. As soon as I got the address I arranged for the return and mailed it on 02/10/12 and got me a delivery confirmation for precaution.
I know how this kind of company works. They would deny anything. I was so right! I called again after 2 weeks they told me they didn't get the return and that I sent it to the wrong address. Evil! I got the address from them! Oh well! I got so pissed they finally said, the girl named Anna said she was giving back my full refund of $89.95 and I asked for the confirmation number. She said wait for 10 days before the money would show on my bank. I will see if this time they lied or not! But one thing I know, they are irresponsible company and try to rip you off when you're not aware!

I finally got my refund!

OK, I'm not t going to say a lot here except that I'm happy to have my refund back from Prodermagenix. Finally, thanks. I just hope Prodemagenix would improve their online system and products tracking when they're shipped and more, send people email of shipping information even when this is just a trial basis. One more thing, the customer reps have to be trained properly to know what's going on with the orders and where to send the returned products, and so on.
