ProFlowers Ripoff Doesn't bother fulfilling orders or letting you know it's not going to bother Internet
*UPDATE Employee: This is completely incorrect
If you want to send your loved one flowers for your special occassion, forget it. There's nothing that says "I love you" like... nothing.
Proflowers not only charges you extra for delivery on national special occassions like... Valentine's Day,
IT DOESN'T DELIVER THE FLOWERS.... not even 3 weeks later!!
Does it provide an explanation? No.... just a "We Bad" form apology.

As an Employee of ProFlowers I saw this comment and felt compelled to respond. ProFlowers has an incredibly high on time delivery rate, sine we deliver through Fed Ex and UPS our on time delivery rate is the same as theirs. In the extremely rare even that there is a problem ProFlowers offers a 7 day freshness guarantee, and a satisfaction guarantee. We are always happy to do whatever it takes to make the situation right.
