Progressive Insurance Company We Don't Cover That Either! Ripoff business from hell Atlanta Georgia

Hello this is progressive, How may I help you. Well miss I was hit by this car and I am calling to report the claim. My front end is damaged and my engine is leaking antifreeze. I don't want it to overheat so I need it towed. SIR... Front end collisions of the nature you reported do not cause the engine to leak anti-freeze, it must have been caused by some other freak force of nature. Yes, I'm sure it was from the accident, the car is fairly new. SIR you do have about sixty thousand miles on your vehicle...it is far from new. Miss I am try to explain to you that this accident somehow forced something loose and... NO, Sir you are mistaken and have been.

So that's how I was treated immediately after a serious accident in which one of the vehicles involved was totalled and mine close to it. I was hoping that I had recieved a bad apple, this is progressive right, I should be handled like those nice commercials I saw on prime time. However, call after call, progressive refused to believe that any damage was done to the engine. I attempted to contact a manager and recieved a strong progressive rep. Tammy Woods. So now I am getting somewhere right? My rights were dashed to hell again as I got the third degree from this TROLL. She told me how insignificant the $2000.00 damages were and yeah that's right 2000.00. The car could not have possibly lost anything critical, you were only on the the main interstate and broadsided by a speeding motorist. Your car could not have sustained any damages of this nature to the engine. Progressive never at any point made an effort to evaluate the engine components to see if they had sustained damage. I was blown off left and right. Come to find out five months and $4250.00 later, the thermostat had sustained damage from it's underside because it WAS RIGHT BEHIND THE WRECKED MANGLEd FRAME. Progressive BEWARE YOU HAVE A PHAT a*s LAWSUIT ON YOUR HANDS.....(which to let the future consumer know- progressive is attempting to settle outside of court for almost double what I paid to have the entire engine replaced part of the settlement forbids I discuss this situation. Guess were going to court assholes.BEWARE PROGRESSIVE YOU HAVE A PHAT a*s LAWSUIT ON YOUR HANDS
