progressive insurance company wife was sitting at red light struck from behind june 17 2012car needs repaired they wont fix it bunch of liars cleveland, Ohio

almost 3mos now june 17 2012 now september 5 no phone calls no emails i emailed ohio bureau of insurance they say it may be a few more weeks 2 check with progressive insurance 2 see what the problem is i know what the problem is progressive is crooked top 2 bottom peter lewis chief thief they dont want 2 fix or pay. ive had policies cancelled  b4 they were due. all i asked 4 was car 2 b fixed they  sent it 2 their prefered  shops 3 different ones none of them got it fixed right.they are mad at me because i wont accept their crappy work. let them steal from peter lewis owner of progressive ins he can afford it i cant.do they treat everybody this shabby.progressive insurance stinks and their employees stink.
