Progressive Insurance, Progressive Corporation ,The Progressive Corporation Very Dishonest Company - Snapshot Mayfield Village, Ohio

Recent customer to Progressive. Their sales person told me that if I sign up for SnapShot that my insurance would go down. She said " I have never seen a situation where someones insurance has actually gone up".  All but guaranteeing that my insurance would go down. It went up significantly because of the Snapshot lie.  Progressive also raised my insurance, from the original quote, because I made a claim for a chipped window "ON MY PREVIOUS INSURANCE POLICY, with another insurance company.  Now they are more expensive and I'm looking to go back to my previous insurance company.
