PROMGIRL Fedexed exhange overnight and it takes them over 14 days to process the return authorization, REALLY? Internet

This company preys on excited teenage girls looking for a prom dress. A lot of loopholes in their terms and conditions, sizing is not correct, girls order their "dream" dress and when it shows up it's not what was represented in regards to size. We measured my daughter. I spent money to send the dress back via FEDEX and experienced a 10% re-stocking fee, had to pay for the shipping myself, then only to find out that it will take them 14 DAYS to process the return and put the credit (since you can't get your money back) on the account for my daughter to order another dress. I had to pay the COMPLETE amount on the reorder and wait 14 days for a credit. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE. They are using my money for over 2 weeks and taking more MONEY from me. Don't order from these people.
