PTL PASCHALL TRUCK LINES Continual lying and not honoring pre-employment agreement Murray Kentucky

PTL recruiter told me as part of a verbal agreement to be employed at PTL as a driver that it would be; no touch freight, mostly drop n hook, 34 cents per mile, and a minimum of 2500miles per week.  Only half of this has turned out to be true.

They do pay 34 cents per mile and no touch freight, but the minimum of 2500 miles a week was a lie as was the mostly drop n hook too.  By them saying 2500 mles a week and not doing it, its the same as promising a certain amount of pay for the job and then not paying it once the person is hired.  Isn't that fraud?

They put me in sub standard equipment that is need of being in the shop for repair every couple of weeks as well.

I wonder if I have any legal redress to right the wrongs?
