Public Storage Cat poop, lazy employees and major repairs wo fixing Bay Shore New York

Disgusting facility and no customer service (aside from Danielle).  We have had a unit there for two years and there is constantly cat poop everywhere but the employees are too busy texting or making personal phone calls on the company phone to do anything.  For 3-4 months the "security gate" was broken so they just left it open for anyone unauthorized to enter at anytime of day or night.  Our unit has had a rip, gaping open in the insulation since we've been there.  When we mentioned a month and a half ago that the door is broken all they had to say is, "We'll submit a fix it order but this is corporate.  They'll take forever to get to it if at all because they don't care"  and apparently they don't because nothing has been done.  Even after talking with a regional manager all we got was excuses.  We've already made our reservations for a different storage facility.
