public storage Sold my property without my knowledge. Rochester, New York

I was with public storage for five years and they sold my storage without my knowledge. I move from Rochester NY in 12/3/2004 to Atlanta GA. I i paid my storage fee on time for five years. I move from GA 3/4/2009 to leland MS I call the manager and told her that i was moving i had  aiready paid for rent of my storage before i left GA. On november 27,2009 my things was sold to the highest bidder for $265.00. After satisfying the lien they told that they had sent me a check for $64.00 to the address in GA where i didn.t live anymore i never recived the check at any amount. After i had sent my payment for Oct Nov thats when that tild my things worth more then $4.000.00 sold. that when they told me that my rent was late and that they had sent notice to  GA my old address.That when i was told to call and report this to the District Manager in Buffalo NY she ask me fax to her every moneyorder i had sent from MS to her so thats what i did. She call me and told that she was going investigate this but she hasn,t been her from since Feb 6.2010. I call customer service today they gave me a number that the person voicemail was full.
