Publishers Clearing House PCH PCH Deceptive Trade Practices Bait and Switch Non Winners Internet

As others have mentioned here, we too were victims of PCH Winner Scam!  I play the PCH games and enter their sweepstakes daily.  However, on September 16th 2016 when "Congratulations" popped up in 2" letters across the top of my computer screen in big red letters in all capital letters.  I was so elated!!!  I went to bed on cloud nine!  The very next day, I received an email informing me that it all was a mistake and that they were sorry I received this "Congratulation Notice" because someone else was the winner instead of me.  They claimed the announcement was sent only to me and not to anyone else.  They claimed they entered me into a special contest in which they will draw 5 winners of $10,000.  Of course, who knows if that happened but I do know I didn't win that either.  

PCH has been in business around 60 years.  With that much business experience and tenure under your belt this should never have happened.  I've been doing some research and it seems this has been happening to a lot of people.  This sounds like a trend with your business.
