Purely Organic Auto charged my credit card for product not ordered Greensboro NC

I originally ordered a trial sample for purely organic release cream and eye cream. total cost $12.34. there was no indication that there would be additional products auto shipped. On 8/2 /18 I received an auto ship order of purely organic release cream. i called the number on the invoice. I spoke with a representative who told me it was automatic. I informed him I did not authorize any additional orders.

I told him the product did not work. I told him I wanted to return the product. he told me they did not take returns. I told him I wanted a refund. he told me they would only give a 15% refund. I told him no, I wanted a full refund. he told me he would have to talk with his supervisor. he came back on the line to say they would give a 75% refund. I told him no and I wanted to talk to his supervisor. he would not let me talk to the supervisor. I told him it was fraud to charge someones credit card without authorization and I would be calling my credit card company to dispute their charge.

Only then did he say they would give me a full refund for two products. they did email me to confirm that. I still called my credit company to let them know I was disputing the charges. It was only then that I found out they had made additional charges. there was one for $89.85, $88.98, $89.95 & $12.95. I did not receive any product for these additional charges. I can only hope my credit card company can get the charges reversed.
