Purely Organic Charged my credit card with a bogus charge on a free trial promotion

Saw an advertisement with Kelly Ripa and Robin Williams as spoke people for Purely Organic face cream. Thought okay these are two well-known and reputable individuals, I would try it. No where on the site that I signed into under Kelly Ripa was there any comments regarding reoccurring charges.

I attempted to order only the face cream for 4.95, but was force to also buy the eye lift cream. When the box came, it only contained the two bottle of creams with no paperwork regarding must cancel within 14 days. I called my credit card and after finally finding a phone number for Purely Organic spoke with a representative (put on hold for an hour) regarding the charges and to cancel the order that I hadn't even received.

My credit card did a dispute, but later reversed it and charged me for both the items. Even though I immediately returned the second shipment to the address on the box when I received it on October 6th. I am stuck with est. $189. in charges and don't even have what was suppose to be an organic product.
