Purely Organic Cosmetics, I ordered the "free" face lotion just pay $4.95 for shipping. I decided to order the eye serum at $4.95 and expedited shipping totaling $12.34.  After 14 days they charged me two fees $89.95 & $88.98 unbeknownst to me. By day thirty, I was then charged two more fees of $89.95 & $88.98. Luckly my bank contacted me before approving this transaction.  There were no indications, no emails nor anything in the packaging with my "free" lotion stating I will be charged or if I didn’t cancel they will charge me anyway. Amazon sells the same items $25.00 face cream and $23.00 eye serum.  Purely Organic Cosmetics is a Total RIPOFF!!

Purely Organic Ordered a sample of their product (sample only), they have since charged my account for $150.00 that I never ordered or have I received any product. My bank reimbursed me the money and went after them to collect monies. Caused nothing but problems ever since, they keep trying to charge my account money on a monthly basis for not product. A definite scam! Charged my bank account monies I never authorized and keep trying to charge me $150.00 for something I never purchased.

Purely Organic Purely Organic Face Cream First they advertise free sample just pay shipping but They put a tiny checkmark in a tiny box signing you up for monthly $89.95 a month orders for a year only I DIDNT PUT CHECK IN BOX and the credit card company wont help! I had to cancel my card and they still put a $89.95 order through even after I canceled my card. BEWARE! ITS A SCAM Also I believe CITI Bank is in cahoots with them. This is FRAUD! $89.95 a month for 12 months doesnt equal FREE SAMPLE!!! I called them with in minutes of of the order and could NOT get through! Greensboro NC

Purely Organic I called to cancel the subscription I did not agree to, all I agreed to was to try it ONE time. I called as I noticed them debiting my account, I asked for a full refund and an address of where I can send the product back (which I can't use my skin is allergic to it). They refused to provide an address to send the product back! Texas
