purely organic new age This company has charged my credit card after I caneelled the trial. I cancelled on 1-23-18 and they chardged my card on 2-2-18 for 89.95 and 4.95 and then on 2-3-19 charged another 88.98. I have email proof that I cancelled on January 23rd. Greensboro North Carolina

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I have called the company on 3 separate occasions and emailed them on 3 as well.
They are rude and keep saying I agreed to the terms and conditions.
I was willing to take the loss of being charged the trial fees of 88.98 and 89.95 and chock it up to being stupid.
But once I cancelled and they continued to charge my card another almost 200.00, this is where I will file a small claims case and make them hire a representative to come to Dudley Massachusetts.
I have proof they received the email as they responded right away when I sent the second to say I was not going to take their scam..

Exact same thing just happened to me. They have charged my credit card $89 3 times in less than 2 months plus the original $4.95 shipping. I didn’t realize what 14 day trial offer meant to them. I wouldn’t pay that much for any cosmetic product especially when there is nothing special about it. Such a rip off.
Oh and the only documentation they sent was a generic packing list with their address only. My credit card company had a number for them so I called a cancelled when I got the first auto ship and told them I wanted to return the product. It was never opened and still sealed. They said they don’t take returns because they are "chemical products”....whatever that means.

I have a picture of their email dated 1-23-18 for cancellation anf they charged my credit card on 2-2-18 and 2-3-18.
