I accepted and auto ship for their product AstaFX after finding it not to be suitable for me I called to cancel any future orders on Sepetember 19, 2015. Despite my cancellation my credit card was charged $124.80 on September 19, 2015. The items were shipped on September 22 and refused by me on September 28 all this is clearly documented via the USPS. I called Purity Products in early October as to the status of my refund I was told no refund could be issued until the product was recieved by them. In speaking with the agent he did note that the tracking did note that the products were refused by me but was unwilling to issue a refund.
Given the timing of the charge and the delay in shipping I do feel this is borderline fraud. They are aware the the items were refused, they are aware that I cancelled the auto ship on September 19 yet they still charged my account and shipped a cancelled order three days after the cancellation.
As of today November 2, they still " claim they have not recieved returned items. " Nor have they made any effort to determine the status of their product.
I have filed a request for a refund with my credit card company and will be filling a complaint with the Better Bussiness Bureau.
I would advise anyone considering doing business with these shysters be wary they are a extremely shady business.

They promise a FREE bottle! the BOTTLE ITSELF IS FREE! and as they state in commercial! YOU HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING! so yes the bottle is in fact free u idiots! not to mention....have u thought what its like on the other end of this call??? we get these people who are hardheaded/in a rush/not lsitening/unrational/uneducated who write reports not knowing ANYTHING about what they are talking about! we are just doing out d**n job! do we b***h at the people doing road work cause we are late to work??? do we complain to cops who arrest someone u care about? NO they are DOING THERE JOB! IM THE BEST REP IN THE COMPANY PERIOD! and not becuase im a ''sacam artist'' its because i give out QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE!..AND PEOPLE understand what the heck i am offering them!!!! STOP CRYING and trying to ruin a companys rep when they are ONE OF THE FEW who ACTUALLY CARE about there customers!!!!

Of course this is a con-game! What they do is say they will send you a free sample, just pay shipping. That doesn't make it free, does it? They want a credit card to pay the shipping so that they can enroll you in this auto ship scam. They do this because most people won't take the time to read what they are agreeing to! However, you were PERFECT in your handling of this including putting it into contest with your credit card company. Also in your case, you wanted the auto ship which means you were quite a different and smarter consumer than most. The only point which is in error here is perhaps your perception of the BBB-BS. The BBB-BS is NOT any government agency and the BBB-BS has ZERO powers to do anything! What the BBB-BS will do is use your complaint as a sales lead to SELL them their PHONEY accreditation. In other words, Purity will proudly tell the world thru their FAKE RADIO PROGRAMS how highly rated they are by the BBB-BS. Anybody can buy the PHONEY BBB-BS "accreditation", just pay for it!
A couple of things you might want to research is go to You Tube and enter "BBB SCAM" into their search and watch the TV interview. Another thing is enter "Sea Silver" into a regular search engine and see how the government dealt with those con-artists!
