In January 2009, I engaged Todd Richardson of Qualified Leads to purchase their offer of a 30 hour pilot program to generate leads for our firm.

I sent a company check in the amount of $998 overnight and emailed them their New Client Questionnaire will details about our campaign.

I have tried on several occasions to contact the company via email and phone without any success. I have received a couple of emails back from Todd Richardson, but when I replied, he would not reply back. I have copies of all communications between us to substantiate my claim.

I demanded a refund, since my campaign had not even been set up nor have any attempts been made to set it up. They haven't made any calls and now refuse to communicate with me.

They literally took our money and have refused to communicate with us.

I did some research on this site, only to find over 20 complaints have been posted against them for the same behavior. Please understand that many of the complaints filed against them were from a lack of delivery AFTER the campaign had been set up. OUR HASN'T EVEN BEEN SET UP. They have NO IDEA what to even generate leads for in regards to our campaign.

They are clearly a SCAM and a group of FRAUDS.

It's my understanding that theft over $500 is a felony, especially across state lines. We will be pursuing this route with the attorney generals offices in AZ and TN.

I would encourage ANYONE who has had a similar experience with them, to take legal action in the form of criminal and civil charges. Put a STOP to this kind of FRAUD by fighting back.

Arizona Theft & White Collar Crime

Upon doing some research, I wanted to make the following available to others that may have been scammed by Qualified Leads:

Here's a link to the page:

http://www.craiggillespie.com/theft.html(((Link Redacted)))
It says the following about Fraud Schemes in Arizona:

Fraud Schemes A.R.S. 13-2310

A person commits a "fraudulent scheme" if, through the use of a scheme, they knowingly obtain any benefit by using false pretenses, representations, promises, or materials omissions. Committing a fraudulent scheme is a class 2 felony and a conviction carries a sentence of up to 12.5 years in prison.

The fraudulent scheme statute covers most types of fraud, but some specific kinds of fraud also have their own statutes. For example, mail fraud is also a federal offense covered by 18 U.S.C. 1341. Thus, a mail fraud scheme could lead to a conviction in both federal and state courts. Additionally, some specific types of fraud have their own statute in Arizona. For example, health care fraud is covered by A.R.S. 13-3713. However, a scheme to commit health care fraud could lead to a conviction under both the health care fraud statute and the fraudulent scheme statute. Deciphering the fraud statutes is an extremely complex process and as with any other crime, you should immediately contact a criminal defense attorney if you have been accused of committing fraud.
