Quality Auto Parts Terrible Company Ripoff Chicago Illinois

My husband bought a 1978 Chevy engine from this company because it was so much cheaper than other companies he had looked at. When he talked to the representative, he insured us that their products were the best products , that the engine was going to come completely built, and that their 30 day warranty was guaranteed! Yea, this was all a lie! First off instead of charging our account only 750$ they charged us twice that amount. And when we called them about it they said they only charged us once! So after going back and forth with quality auto parts and my bank, 1 week later we recieved our money back. 3 weeks later when our machanic recieved the product it was filthy dirty and it was missing up to 10 different parts from the engine that we ordered!

When we tried to send it back they told us that we had to pay for shipping plus a 25% restocking fee, this was going to total around 400 dollars!!! I tried talking with a manager and all the employees tried their best not to give it too me. When I finally got her information she never called me back nor did she email me back!

This company has the worse customer service and doesnt help you with any compaints. They never refunded us back any money for the incomplete product we recieved nor did we even get an apology. Please never buy from this company!
