Quest Diagnostics keeps sending me bills for services that my secondary insurance covers. As their policy, the don't bill secondary insurance. I have to call them everytime i receive a bill, and give them all the information again and again for the secondary insurance. They will bill the secondary insurance only as a one time courtesy. i have mentioned that if they want to get paid for the balance, they have to bill my secondary, because i'm not paying them. They said if i don't pay them, it will go into collection.
