Questsavers Ripoff unauthorized DALLAS Texas

I have been a member of Questsavers for several years. I have gotten nothing out of them. Tried cancelling last year & agreed to give it another 30 day free try after some high pressure sales.

Figured that when the debit card that I had on file with them expired in January of 2006 that it would be the end of my membership & I wouldn't have to talk to them again. They called my house repeatedly during the day starting in late December through February. I didn't want to listen to the high pressure sales again thus if I was home when they called I didn't answer.

Thinking that it was now cancelled since they couldn't charge a debit card that had expired I went on with my life. Unfortunately since I don't check my bank statements that often upon a review of my August bank statement there they were.

I started looking back & to my astonishment they had never stopped charging my debit card the monthly fee. Upon calling the phone # on my bank statement all I could do was cancel my membership. I wasn't given an opportunity to talk to anyone regarding why they have been charging me.

Am very dissatisfied with their company & highly recommend everyone stay as far away from them as they can.
