Questsavers CHECKING ACCOUNT RIP-OFF with no- response to request for money to be returned Texas

After over- drawing by $7 for the second time, and paying overdraft fees on my checking account, I looked more closely at my bank statements and found the problem.

A charge for $8.95 from "Questsavers" appeared on my account. I then checked statements from previous months and saw the same deduction. I called the 800 number on my statements and spoke with a Questsavers representative. He could not find any information on my membership account.

I thought it was because I'd changed phone numbers and that was how the account was accessed...WRONG.He offered no explanation as to how my "membership" was established, or unaccessible.

I spoke again with a rep. who told me to fax them any questions and information regarding my membership. I have had no response from the fax, and have made no progress in finding my money.

Questsavers has not attempted to contact me,or made any attempt to remedy the situation.I hadn't made ANY internet purchases at the time the deductions began, and don't know where they got my account information from.Pretty scary, but I plan to pursue them for the $ they've taken from me.
