Questsavers ripoff dishonest withdrawls from checking accounts Plano Texas

This company has been withdrawing money from my checking account for the past 23 months without my authorization or knowledge. My husband and I received a 30 day trial of foreclosure guides, and at the end of the 30 days we cancelled the membership.

According to Questsavers, they had a partnership with this company and said that we did not cancel that membership. I was never told about this additional charge nor authorized it to be taken from my account, and demanded that they refund my money immediately. We were never told that we had to contact anyone else to cancel any other memberships either.

Questsavers told me that they would have to get the tape recorded converstion from the other company before they could refund my money and that it could take 10-14 days before they could review that information.
