Quickbooks mail in rebate dishonored for simply lost MIR after faxing all the details again I submitted MIR in time, I have a photo of my submission envelope with photo date, and scanned copies of my mail in rebate Texas

 I purchased Quickbooks simple start 2013 from Newegg online and then submitted the mail in rebate form to the correct address.  As per the instructions on the rebate form, I kept all the copies of my submission.  I even took the picture of the envelope which I postet.  The photo has a date when it was taken.

As per the mail in rebate form instructions I waited for approximately about 10 weeks to get my mail in rebate.

Since I never received the mail in rebate, I starting tracking it and found out that they never received my MIR.

They asked me to fax the copies of my rebate form and submission.   I faxed them the same day, then I contacted them back to confim that they have received it.

Then about two week later, I contacted them again to see the status of my submission. 

The let me know that the original promotion was closed and hence they rejected my submission.

I asked them then why did they asked me to fax the document.  Since it was lost they should have processed it as lossed even if the promotion was closed, and I provided them proff of my photo date of my mail in envelope.

Then I called the processing department and spoke with CS rep ( I have their name) and then her supervison (I have her name too) and they said that they cannot honor it.

Even the top managment could not manually process this order.

Hence I am stating that this is fraud.  I have done everything legally and provided them all the things and they failed me delibarately on both occassion.

Their mail in rebate form allows for lost submission and asks us to keep a copy for such things.
