Quicken Loans Hidden costs & broken promises Internet

Eddie made promises about my loan then broke them and denied any knowledge of the promises made, even though several of his staff members had similar conversations with me. He promised to include a tax lien into the closing costs then after I signed the papers told me that I had to pay the lien prior to closing and supply proof of satisfaction which also got him off the hook for closing in 10 days as he also promised.

He also told me the $500.00 deposit that he was supposed to return at closing was non refundable and that a copy of my appraisal would also NOT be available to me, even though I paid for it. When i looked at the closing costs, I was appalled at all the "Junk Fees" buried inside. As if a mortage is not confusing and complicated enough, they take direct advantage of this confusion to hide all the costs they can in there! Go ELSEWHERE for your loan, these are not honest people!
