quickenloans misleading mortgage company evet Detroit Michigan

I applied for a fha mortgage with quicken loans at 3.5 % down on a 35k mortgage and needed $3,700 for closing. Quickenloans then called me and told me I need a good faith loan of $1,587 from a family member at closing so now I will need over $5,400 @ closing. The house only got appraised for $20k which mean the house couldn't be sold for 35k it had to be sold for 20k. So now I was buying the house for 20k so you would think the closing cost would be cheaper, but the closing cost was now over $5,600.00 then quickenloans called and told me I would need another $2,500.00 which would mean I would need over $8,200.00 @ closing on a house I'm buying for only 20k. Yet I suppose to doing a fha mortgage at 3.5% down so how I need over $8,200.00 down on a fha mortgage for a house that cost 20k. With 3.5% down. Quickenloans are the worst company I ever dealth with about anything.
