Quickenloans rip off company quickenloan Livonia Michigan

Well I called Quicken loan to help me with a home finaced well we talked a bit on phone and i told him that I have learning disability that you need to go slow so I can understand what you are saying to me and quickenloan REPsaid dont worry we are a good honest company nation wide. I told him that I am on disabilty and not sure if I can get aproved because of my income monthly and monthly expenses he said then We will try to get you aproved ok and I said ok just dont lie to me and he said Well there is a one time fee for 500 dollars that will go toward closing cost

I said WOW that alot of money for me right now to put up being on disability and Quicken loan REP said dont worry it will be ok we are here to help you I said ok then I gave him my credit card number .then he we will go on line to fill out the applcation for the refinace I Said ok I so tell me what I have to do he said Dont Worry I will help you threw the process I said ok so he started telling how to do it and i said I really dont know how to do this i am computer stupid he said Well just click on it says acept so I tried my best to do it then he said your doing ok I got really frustraded and I asked him alot of qustion like what does this paragraf mean he said its just our differant rules and just junk that is not really important I said ok .

Well Thaught about this whole thing over night and thaught this is not right so I called back quickenloan to tell them I dont want there service he said ok but you dont get any money and he said well that is for service we are already started how could over night thay could do any service for me .well he said your not getting your money back and he hunged upthe phone on me I called three times that day and would not call me back at all. Im just wondering if there is a state or federal laws from protecting people who are disabled /
