Qwest Century link Qwest Visa Gift Card Scam Internet

Back in December 2010 I was offered a Visa gift card in the amount of $100.00 by a Qwest rep, I signed up for faster internet service and got a new modem, the card was supposed to arrive in 4-6 weeks. I have heard every stupid excuse! the last time they told that the cards are mailed every Monday and they don't know whose cards are leaving in the mail and that I should get mine "any minute now" QWEST should be ashamed of themselves for offering something to their customers in exchange for upgrading or changing services and NOT keeping their word.



One of their arguments was that the company that handled the Visa gift cards went out of business and they didn't know about it? until people started calling asking for their cards. I am sorry but that seems a little hard to believe specially after the number of excuses I've heard after that one.... as many in the same situation might wonder we have NOT failed to receive our phone bill on time even though I am totally sure that the amount of bills they handle is much greater than the amount of Visa cards? It is August 1st, 2011 and I am still waiting for my card, I wish my bills would take that long to get here!



Qwest needs to take care of their customers and stop playing games.
