Radialabs Instant Wrincle Reducer must be developing a tricky and very agressice marketing.

I received it a week later then their estimated arrival time. ( I lost 7 days right there. )
The phone number printed on invoice and confirmation e-mail is 1-877-309-3491,
however, it was busy all the time for days. ( I lost extra days. )
Finally I found a different number from my bank.
It is 1-888-778-8623. It was answered and I was told that I am responsible for $ 74.95.
It was already charged. ( Feb.17 )

They said that it past 14 days.

They counted the day I requested a sample. Is it fair ?

It didn't arrive soon and they printed the phone number they are not answering. Is it coincident or............ ?

It sounds very fishy and tricky business.

They insisted that they are doing right, nothing is wrong, Customer didn't read term and condition .
