I ordered their "Instant Wrinkle Reducter" product on January 11, '11.  It was to be for a 14 day free trial before I would be charged for additional shipments.  There was a money back guarantee that I could try it and cancel at any time.  I received my cream on January 20, '11.  I used the product and found that it does not work AT ALL.  My cheap drugstore creams give me the same results.  I contacted them by email on February 2, '11 to cancel so that I will not be charged for further shipments. (note: 13 days)  I called them on February 3, '11 to make sure that the account was cancelled.  I received an email confirmation that it was.  On February 4, I found out that they had charged my card for $75 on February 2nd....the day I cancelled.  (again...13 days!)  I contacted them again by email and demanded my money back.  Their product does not work, and I was to be given a free 14 day trial - which was not honored.  No response.  I emailed them again on February 7.  No response. I even threatened getting my lawyer involved.  I have attempted to call them 3 times ( before and after cancelling), but each time I am placed on hold for 8-10 minutes before I give up and email.  It is now February 10th.  I have not received any more product as of yet, and still no response from anyone at the company.  I emailed them a third time today informing them of this.  DO NOY BUY THIS PRODUCT!  It does not work, and you will be charged full price whether you want to or not.  I will be getting a lawyer involved if needs be.
