Radialabs is a TOTAL scam! I have sent back 3 shipments and even emailed and called them to stop but they continue. They have taken from my account, a total of $225.00 and deny that they owe me refunds of that amount.

They claim they have not received any correspondence from me. When I spoke with a "manager" on the phone to cancel my account, she was nasty and rude and hung up on me!

They claim they throw all "unopened return to sender" packages away and do not check to see where they come from. According to them, you MUST get permission to return any package BUT...I'm still waiting on that permission for the latest package they sent without my permission!

And I'm sure NO product is thrown away because that would be profit to them because they can just send it to someone else for ripoff!
